Scope of work: Art Direction + Editorial
Polish people recovered their freedom after 1989 and thus the possibility of moving freely throughout the Europe. They seized these new opportunities. The western world was like an unknown paradise. In this editorial object, the iconography are photos from various private archives. They will reflect the atmosphere of independent trips in the travel explosion era and the special ambiance of Europe in 1990s.
For the purpose of this publication, I have also imagined a fictitious exhibition within this subject. The exhibition and the editorial , not only show the unique visual side of these years, but also deal with their cultural, social and political context. The title is inspired by a French song, which can currently be seen as outdated, but it perfectly reflects the spirit of these revolutionary times. This editorial object consists of photo journal (which is the core), brochure, audio cassette with various other songs close to theme, postcard series, exhibition poster.

Les Polonais ont retrouvé leur liberté après 1989 et ainsi la possibilité de se déplacer librement dans le monde. Ils ont tenté leur chance. Le monde occidental était comme un paradis inconnu. Dans ma objet editorial, je souhaite montrer des photos d’archives privées qui refléteront l’atmosphère de ces voyages et des années 90 en Europe. Ce fut une époque unique dans la culture polonai apres la chute du communisme et il y avait une explosion de voyages.
Aux fins de cette sepublication, j’ai imaginé une exposition fictive sur ce sujet. L’exposition et mon objet éditorial, en plus de montrer le côté visuel unique de ces années, traitent également de leur contexte culturel, social et politique. Le titre est inspiré d’une chanson française, qui peut actuellement être vu comme dépassé, mais elle reflète parfaitement l’esprit de ces temps révolutionnaires.
